PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR DESIGN.

1. The concept of the 2 letters "G" and "V" that represent a Coffee with Cream MUST STAY in the logo concept. We want an advanced version with illustrations and colors to represent the brand.

2. This business is not a "regular" ice cream shop.. they are very aware of their branding and only propose high-quality products. The logo must represent the image of the company.

3. The company name is "Le Grand Verglas" , the "G" represents "Grand" and the "V", the word "Verglas" and it's important that those 2 letters must be easily readable in the logo.

4. The "Depuis 1998" must also be there (english version; Since 1998)

5. The "Glacerie" and "Gelateria" must also stay there.

We are looking for a brand expert, a designer that can develop us our brand at our image and provide us a great logo according to the requirements above. The company has been established in 1998, the same year of the most ice storm disaster in our country history (Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/January_1998_North_American_ice_storm / https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/ice-storm-1998-1.4469977 )

We will ignore all generics logo and only opt for custom-made logos... Please novice stays away from this project.

PS: The company has been established the same year that one of the biggest ice storms of history.. Nobody here has tried to mix that in the logo... its just a suggestion but it could lead to an original concept.

Message to all designers:

I have uploaded 2 new images to the project, they are the interior of the gelateria so keep this in mind. We are not against mixing Modern and Retro style but please, avoid to use retro color like pink etc.. it's not fit the business image.

Also, we are looking for something draw from scratch.. so the GV that create a coffee and cream, stop using 2 simple letters from font and merge them together... instead draw us the shape..
