It's a tutoring company that is goal focused. I want the design and color to be catchy and fun

I'm thinking of a goal with circles and with an arrow on the center. The other end of the arrow is shaped like a graduation cap. The shaft of the arrow is shaped like a rolled diploma. I don't want the circles to look like the Target store logo. I also was thinking of red , black and yellow combination but any color ideas are welcome
