As an Airbnb property owner, I'm looking to transform my studio apartment interior design into a minimalistic haven for guests.

Most important goal is to design the space with furniture & artwork so it is photogenic and jumps off the page when guests are searching for properties. Bonus if you can connect the design to Silicon Valley in some way as it is located in that area.

The project revolves around delivering an attention grabbing, comforting, sleek and clean appeal, focusing on:

1. Furniture & Artwork Selection - Minimalistic yet comfortable & durable furnitures are needed that not only elevate the visual appeal but also offer a relaxing stay to guests and add artwork/accessories that make the interior jump off the page when guests search AirBnB. Please include links to furniture & artwork/accessories selected. **Note** all furniture must be "contract grade" or "commercial grade" quality - we like Crate & Barrel because you can filter results on their website to search only contract grade furniture. Also sofa should be a pullout or futon for extra sleeping.
2. Color Scheme - Colors set the mood. I am interested in a palette that reflects tranquility, simplicity, and modern aesthetics. I like warm colors but also dark hues that convey a modern, minimalistic and extremely luxurious feel. We want the interior of the apartment to feel like a Porsche interior. Also please check hotels like Moxy and Park Hyatt level of aesthetics we'd like to convey. Also please do your best to bring elements of the modern exterior to blend into the interior - see AirBnB link given above for photos of the exterior.

Skills and experience required include top-notch interior design, 3D rendering, with a strong inclination towards minimalism, a good understanding of color theory and adeptness in space management. Proven experience in similar projects will be a plus. Applicants should be able to artfully merge functionality and minimalistic design principles to create a welcoming and visually pleasing environment for Airbnb guests.

Deliverables:
1) 3D rendering of the space optimized to grab attention on AirBnB
2) List of furniture & artwork with links, Must be "contract grade" or commercial grade furniture
