Sumarul concursului

Our architect has provided us with the attached to-scale 2D floorplans and elevations for our upcoming renovation.

To help my wife and I visualise this before we start building, we need to get a realistic 3D rendered walkthrough to help us understand the space, scale of the designs. This includes the pool area.

We would like the winner of the competition to please use white paint colours for walls, light timber colour for floors, light colour carpet and travertine for tiled areas. Furniture / taps / lights / baths / vanities can be whatever existing models you have available at approximately the correct size. 3 example photos are included to show the intended colour scheme.

We will be offering ongoing paid work to the winner to modify the 3d renders / model until we commence building.

    Hii Steve, I am sorry to ask it again, but what you need to design is just pool area and all of the interior right? you don't need east side right?

      Hi Dimas, yes the full interior is required please. For the fences, the North & South & West fence is 1.8m solid pine fence, painted dark grey colour. For the East fence near front entry portico it is 1.2m white picket fence please.

    Hi Everyone, there have been some excellent submissions for this contest. I can see that there are many hours work being spent for full interior plus some exterior (pool area and front fascia + entry door on East side)..
