Sumarul concursului

I am a realtor and I need to design a poster for a restaurant/bar. I speak both English and Spanish so I target to both clientele. I was thinking a poster with my picture, brokerage logo and information in the center and in each side of this elements the wordings, Left side in english, Right in spanish:

Left Side:
Call me with any of your Real Estate needs, its an honor for me to serve you!
Serving: Military, Buyers, Sellers and Investors in the Okaloosa Area.

Llámame con tus necesidades de bienes raices, es un honor ayudarte!
Sirviendo: Militares, Compradores, Vendedores e Inversionistas en el Area de Okaloosa.

Picture (please choose the best picture you think will work best and crop the legs out to make it look more profesional, I believe the picture with both hands in the hips is best with out the legs but you be the judge on what looks best!)

If you decide to use any pictures from real estate, please use pictures of traditional, transitional, craftman or beach homes. We live in a touristic beach area so you can search for pictures and inspiration.
