<Technology Description>
This technology improves safety by restricting the function of starting the engine of a vehicle by remote control.
One of the problems that users face when starting a vehicle engine remotely is that the vehicle may start unexpectedly when the engine is started. For example, if a vehicle is parked with the parking brake inoperative, the vehicle may move out of its parked position when the engine is started. Since the user is at a distance from the vehicle, the user may be unaware of the vehicle's movement, potentially compromising the safety of the surrounding area.
