I'm looking for a skilled illustrator to create a realistic image based on some of my family photos of my wife and son. These photos are all attached. This illustration will then be transformed into a decorative mosaic display. I would like it in the style of a 'Madonna with child' images. I have posted some examples of this. I would like the child (a son that we lost) to have a small halo around him and for him to be looking directly at the viewer.

Ideal skills and experience for the task include:
- Proven experience in realistic illustration
- Great attention to detail, particularly for human facial features
- Ability to impose creativity while maintaining the originality of the photos
- Prior experience in creating artwork that is designed to be turned into other forms of art, preferably mosaics

I hope to gift this as a decorative art piece, thus the quality and detail in the work are significant. If you're a detailed and creative illustrator who enjoys working with family portraits, I would love to hear from you.
