Simple video animation which acts as a timer for a gym workout. See attached sketch to see how it is supposed to look like, and read this description

Tech Specs:
- mp4 file required, 2048 x 1536px resolution

Main design:
-Horizontal bar with a large timer underneath

Animation:
- video starts with 10sec countdown on timer
- When timer is on 0 then a thick blue bar starts moving from pt A to B, this will take 4 sec
- The thick blue bar is trailed by a fading blue shadow to make it visually more obvious
- When the thick blue bar reaches B, then a big red dot will flash twice, this will take 2 sec (1 flash per second)
- The big red dot has a red fading shadow radiating out from it to make it visually more obvious
- Then the blue bar moves from pt B to A, this will take 4 sec
- The thick blue bar is trailed by a fading blue shadow to make it visually more obvious
- When the thick blue bar reaches A, then a big red dot will flash twice, this will take 2 sec (1 flash per second)
- The big red dot has a fading red shadow radiating out from it to make it visually more obvious
- Then the blue bar moves to pt B again.... etc
- Total time for each cycle = 12 sec (4 sec from A to B, 2 sec flashing, 4 sec from B to A, 2 sec flashing)
- This keeps repeating while the counter will count to 5min
