  I'm looking for someone to create an Incentive Board for my staff. It needs to be 24" x 36" and print ready. However, I will need the file in psd, jpg, and pdf. It needs to be colorful and very creative. Not looking for any animation. The incentives are as follows: $150K - Full Spa Day $250K - 2-day FL Trip, plus Fun Team Building Activity (ex. zip lining, Water rafting, etc.) $350K - 5-day International Trip (includes Flight, hotel, food, and $400 spending money per employee) $500K - SURPRISE! Please make it classy, colorful, and professional. Please create something that we can track where we are each step of the way and emphasize the focal points (ex. $250k). Our main colors are Black, yellow, tiffany blue, and white. Please make a space for the company name which will be inserted later.
