I'm in social selling and I work primarily with women, using jewelry to tell their stories and cherish their memories. I have a large team and my logo that was created when I first started with only 3 people on my team needs an update :) We're getting into executive leadership so it's time to upgrade. My team is called The Charming Pieces. I would like a puzzle piece, or pieces, represented, but I want something soft and pretty and something that flows, not something as clip-art-y as what I created 4 years ago. This team is a family, our goal is to empower women to live their one of a kind life.

I've attached the current logo. The company colors are orange and navy, but I don't so much care about color scheme as much as I do about the design. If we can incorporate a softer side of the colors that would be ideal, but not a deal breaker if it doesn't work.
