We are currently programming a software solution to give our customers (companies) the opportunity to track and save the working hours of their employees.

The UI & UX design and mockups for Desktop should adapt to our software layout and are then integrated as a module. However, we attach importance to making the current design more modern.

Functions:

TIME RECORDING
Record and manage working and break times
Recording via timer function
Manual addition and editing of times
Reporting of working times (target/actual)
Admin and employee dashboards
Mobile app (iOS and Android)
Browser extensions (Chrome and Edge)
Edit working hours for employees
Data exports to Excel
Label time entries
Employee time account
Submit and approve digital timesheets
Automatic overtime calculation
Login mask in the company image
Custom colors for absence types
Custom subdomain

VACATION PLANNER
Enter and release vacation, home office and other absences
Vacation and absence calendar
Manage sick notes
Notification system
Admin and employee dashboards
Individual approval processes
Reporting sick and viewing sick reports can be set
Importing user data from Excel
Mobile app (iOS and Android)
Custom absence types
Uploading certificates of incapacity for work
Entering absences for several employees at once
Extensive rights management
Display of vacation days
Data exports to Excel
Multiple companies and teams in one account
Slack integration with bot for sharing requests via Slack
iCal and Outlook calendar integration
Login mask in the company image
Custom colors for absence types
Custom subdomain

We therefore need 5-10 mockups from the existing functions that reflect the design of our software. (Employee Working-Time Tracking)
