Sumarul concursului

I need a banner for a website.
Max width is 700px

To give you an idea, I have attached the old one.
The banner is for a Soccer game and needs to include some kind of background (here we have a flag, but it can be something different), there should be something written so we know which country we are in and what the game site is and also the logo needs a place.
I need you to create it as PSD, so I can make changes to all the different layers, add different pictures, logos and change the writing as well. The font used is Pussycat, so please use that one as well.

You also need to extend the height of the banner and add four "columns" below it, where I can add a logo and write the name of the team who won this award. It is basically displaying the champ, the cup winner etc. so I want to add the logo for the cup and underneath write the name of the winner of said cup.
