Hi, we are looking for a redesign of our homepage.
• Website should be fully responsive (full page - not just in the center with left and right margin) and tested on mobile devices (not only with Firefox or Chrome plugins) for both iOS and Android.
• Every link (if any) should be https://
• URLS should be Full Friendly URL Rewrite like 'https://example.com/index.php -> https://example.com/index' (https://techterms.com/definition/friendly_url)

Technologies to use:
• PHP 7.0
• MariaDB 10.1
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JS : Google AMP (optional but recommended)
• -> No frameworks like bootstrap or any alternative. All coding should be from scratch with no waste of code

Security:
• If you are developing the login system, you should use Argon2 password encryption method (https://wiki.php.net/rfc/argon2_password_hash)
• MariaDB : If you are developing the db, you should consider that we will use MariaDB MaxScale for better protection but also make sure that you are implementing and securing the db against the latest (and all) sql injections
