We would like to slightly alter this existing house plan to create a bigger kitchen- with both more bench space and storage. A butlers pantry would be a plus. We want to ensure that there is still cupboard space for storage elsewhere in the house if the existing cupboard is used to create this.
We do not want the bathroom to be on the north side of house (sliding door is facing north).
We also would like to alter the hallway space to spare bedrooms so there isn't a cluster of four doors as it stands.
We are also open to better suggestions for the layout of the master bedroom end of house.
The footprint of the house can't be changed.
This is a housing plan for a new build for a transportable homes business.

Hello. I have a question regarding the entrance of the house, if I understand correctly, it faces North and is through the sliding door on Elevation 1? Also, is the other side of the house (in front of Elevation 3) accessible or opens into a back yard? Thanks.

  Hi yes the sliding door is facing north. So all the sun will come through from that side being in New Zealand. On the other side there is a decent sized back yard. So could change window 2 into a door.
