FEA pipe stress test analysis for thermal stresses on power piping, high-pressure steam, low temp refrigeration, process piping, and other pipe systems. Expertise with the following ASME piping codes: -B31.1 Power Piping -B31.3 Process Piping -B31.5 Refrigeration Piping and Heat Transfer Components -B31.9 Building Services Piping -BPE Bioprocessing Equipment (Pharmaceutical Process Piping) * CFD: CFD for advanced HVAC and thermal/fluid designs. Simulations of smoke control systems, data center cooling design, large open atrium, industrial HVAC and process piping, etc. * Preconstruction Coordination / BIM / VDC: I model 2D plans in 3D and perform clash detection to ensure interdisciplinary coordination before construction. In addition, I have a 3D laser scanner which I use to generate extremely accurate 3D point clouds for use in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to generate precise as-builts. * Software Capabilities: Autodesk Revit Autodesk Plant3D Autodesk AutoCAD Autodesk Navisworks Manage / Simulate Autodesk ReCap Pro Autodesk Inventor Pro Nastran In-CAD FEA Matlab Open Modelica Python Simulink Simscape Danfoss Coolselector2 Carrier HAP Hourly Analysis Program MS Office / Excel / Power BI mai puțin
