I oversee the administrative tasks of the Department, more precisely I am a Specialist of Teaching Processes. Main responsibilities: - Preparing summaries of data, documents (e-mails, letters and reports) related to students, staff and internal issues as requested by the Head of Department. - Acting as a point of contact between staff and students. - Support students by providing information to help resolves issues, for example - periods of attendance, Bursary information, identifying absence trends, understanding student issues); - Acting as secretary for meetings, for example, Faculty Managers, Deputy Faculty Managers to compile agendas, distribute papers, minute meetings, and follow up action points. - Producing documents based on different requirements, like examination papers, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. - Providing secretarial support to full and part-time Faculty staff.
