I'm looking for a developer who has skills with making GTA V maps/models in great quality and that doesn't interfere or cause any unnecessary performance issues, If you have the skill set and history i'd be happy to work with you. I'm looking for a new MLO to be made or if you have anything close to what I'm wanting I'll be happy as well and even if modifications can be made to them. Looking for something on a beach from the city to Paletto. Must have a large enough garage for a few cars and be usable for a mechanic (ie a lift, tool boxes, work bench etc), min 2 bedrooms, office, bunker, helipad and boat dock.
