Drawing Phase I: Simple, I'm looking for concept drawings of 2D Facade and floor plans to begin the marketing process. These drawings need to be to approximate dimensions and proportions but not a high degree of accuracy. This is a house reform, currently and old house to be modernized. Lots of information is available. Further on, other phases could include 3D modeling and detailed drawing.
A. Bid requirement: Due to the frequent generic style bids lacking direct relevance to my project, I surmise that bidders are not reading my project scope and are bidding based purely on the 'skills required ' suggested by the algorithm. I want a bidder to have read my scope of work and send me examples of their previous work most closely relevant. I also want the bidder to be clear on what deliverables they are considering.
So external renderings and floor plans, don't flood me with irrelevant jpg data. This is about getting my re-modeling idea's down on paper and visualizing. So some design and creation will be required. Please comment on my preferred rendering 'go-by' particularly if you can recreate the style of stonework. Please demonstrate knowledge my proposal and example of past work regarding external rendering and floor plans.
B. Deliverables 1. Minimum Requirement:
1.1 - Main North Facade – Rendered Façade style [(see doc attachment 5 example 1, referred to as 5-1) ]
1.2 - Floor Plan Villa level 1 approx 90m2, possible revised layout with proportions/furniture outlines. [(Ref 5-2)]
1.3 - Floor Plan Villa level 2 approx 180m2, definite revised layout with proportions/furniture outlines. [(Ref 5-2)]
1.4 - Plot Plan showing view of roof terrace, pool terrace, southern terrace, garden and pathways. Whole plot is 800m2. Definite revised layout with proportions/furniture outlines. [(Ref 5-3)]
1.5 - Floor Plan Garage with turntable. [(Ref 5-2)]
2. Secondary requirement low priority bid separately or include in bid
2.1 - Southern Façade, Rendered Façade style [(Ref 5-1)]
2.2 - West Façade, Rendered Façade style [(Ref 5-1)]
2.3 - East Façade, Rendered Façade style [(Ref 5-1)]
2.4 - Plot North Facade, Property raises 13 m, Simple 2D coloured elevation [(ref 5-3)]
C. Attachments are
1. Sketch 2021 of outline concept.
2. Feasibility details of concept.
3. Sketches and notes
4. Go-by rendering style aesthetic preference.
