Looking for a programmer to complete an address database with 10 to 12 affiliation fields that can be sorted an accessed via web. The dbase must have the ability to be access by level one and level 2 administrators. This dbase must also have the ability to upload tab delimited files and excel files. Web based Contact Management application with objectives being:
Objective of application is to capture, store and manage all contact records for the organization/project
Take measures to limit or avoid duplication of records
Allow there to be 3 to 4 ‘affiliation’ fields that can be selected for each record (college graduate, homemaker, etc.)
Database to be managed by one or two primary individuals (level 1 administrators) and they will serve as point of contact to…

Provide exported data
Select users (level 2 administrators) will be able to search/query the data via web query tools for basic search criteria.
For ad-hoc / complex searches, the data will be available as MS Excel download for analysis at the client / desktop PC level.
Some method of data import (via delimited text files or other formats) will be made available to level 1 administrators and instructional information made available to them on and offline.
All levels of administrators will be able to request that their password be re-sent to them via email in the event they can’t remember their individual login information.
