We need a simple drawing done (for authority approval) of a skillion roof pergola to be constructed on the back of an existing residence.
Need a plan view and a sectional view - very basic & simple drawing needed.
Details are as follows & attached:
- 6300mmW x 4300mmD x 2500mmH
- All structural timbers to be 240 x 45mm Treated Structural Pine, with 90 x 90mm Treated Structural Pine posts
- Rafter to beams fixings via joist hanger brackets
- Posts to be fixed to existing concrete slab
- Roof to be corrugated coloured steel at 5 degrees pitch
Attached is a plan from an earlier design – we have now changed to a skillion design and changed a few dimensions, along with a rough hand drawing of the pagola.
