Details of the plot:
40×25 meters
Located at 3 km from the beach.
The idea is to create an alternative for the beach tourists who need a more cosy location, for family and rest .close enough of the beach yet far from the noise and buzz of the beach front locations.
The cost should be low.
The plan
to have 7 houses were 4 are downstairs and 3 upstairs. (Or more depending on your design.)
A lounge with pool bar, resting net cosy lounge. On the top floor
T3 houses with living/dinning room open floor kitchen 1 bathroom. Open veranda with a braai stand (barbecue ) a dinning table.
Parking for each unit if possible 2. Common barbecue place. A swimming pool.
Green , as much as possible.
The location should have a public bar in the front part. With 2 levels. Top floor with a lounge bar .made of logs. With no access to the rooms.
