I am posting this in regards to seeking a freelancer/firm expertise in expanding our EdTech company to Younger Audiences.
I am a founder of a edtech company, and I am writing to seek your expert guidance and consultancy services for an exciting new venture we are embarking upon.
Since our inception in 2013, our academy has been dedicated to providing high-quality professional courses to recent graduates, enabling them to upskill and advance in their careers. We take immense pride in our journey so far, and now we are eager to explore new horizons.
We have identified a significant opportunity to expand our offerings to a younger demographic, specifically targeting students aged 10 to 18. Our vision is to introduce technology courses that are tailored to the unique needs and interests of this age group. We intend to implement a classroom-based teaching method in tier 2, 3, and 4 cities/towns, where such opportunities are often limited.
To realize this vision, we understand that financial resources are crucial. Initially, we plan to establish ten branches in the northern state of Maharashtra as a pilot project before scaling up nationwide. For the initial funding phase, we are inclined towards raising capital from friends and family who share our passion for education and believe in our mission.
We recognize that this endeavor involves a multitude of strategic and operational decisions, such as determining share prices, defining the ownership structure of the new subsidiary, and managing various aspects of the expansion.
