I need an application to decrypt images I have. I do not know how they are encrypted but I can give you before and after encryption examples. The images are in JPEG format and they are being encrypted via Visual Basic. I need an app that can decrypt these images without losing ANY quality and re-encrypt them. This should be rather easy for anyone with experience with encrypted images. If you post more than $25 I will totally and completely ignore you.
EDIT:: I have broken the encryption which turned out to be VERY easy. It requires a HEX change in the first characters from d9 to ff. I need it to be able to do this to sets of specified files. Very simple if you know how to edit hex....only about $5-$10 budget for this.
