Post/Delete/Put Async issue

I am facing 2 issues.

1. In MVC Web API, I am not able to update record using PUT Verb and not able to Delete record using Delete Verb. I am able to do it when I debug in development environment. But not able to do it when I deploy the code on local IIS or on Server.

2. When I post the data using PostAsync function in WebClient class, it returns Response result. But I am not able to fetch the data that was returned by the Post API Controller Action method in MVC Web API
