Doug's golf cart design

I need a CAD designer that can make the CAD drawings for a golf cart body. Some engineering may be helpful. there will be 5-10 possible parts needed total. These parts will be made with by vacuum forming and also injection molded on a couple of the parts.
I have some crude 2 D drawings of what I will need for most parts. I also have the size that most or the parts will need to be made. The design will be sent to China in a STEP format that would be required to make the parts needed. I would like someone that is familiar with golf carts or has access to review them for a general idea of what will be needed to complete the project. I am located in USA.
