Need to design up a flat pack (bolted together for easy transport) battery rack, able to withstand earthquakes.
1) 2x strings of 9 batteries, as shown in substation drawing.
2) Each block of 9 batteries is 286mm high, 398mm deep, and 1070mm wide.
3) To be able to be bolted to the ground, eg, have predrilled M12 or bigger holes ready to go.
4) Have a lug on each side in which a tie-down can be used to keep the batteries in place.
5) Must be able to withstand 350kg per level, and earthquake of Grade 4 in New Zealand.
