expanding html 5 banner

S-au achitat serviciile după ce au fost prestate
we have an expanding banner we created, it expands from a 540x82 to a 540x300.
It's all designed and very simple clean (just a logo and cta on the small size, and then 3 images with text show up upon expand - they are clickable links).
We need this done in html5 TODAY (deadline very important).
We also have it in Adobe Animate CC but there's a bug preventing our onmousevents from working..
