image conversion to word plus drawing in powerpoint

I have approx 250 pages scanned pages which need to be converted to word 2010. word equation editor skill is a must. I will be paying max USD 0.35 per page. Attached is a sample file (NOT from the set of the actual images that need to be converted). The bidders is expected to return the sample converted to a docx file. Diagrams if any in the sample (and actual pages) needs to be created in powerpoint and pasted back into word. Payment for each such diagram will addtional @ USD0.10 per diagram. docx formatting details font calibri size 11, black color, page A4, margin 1" all around. Delivery time for 250 pages is 10 days at the rate of min 25 pages per day. Payment will be made post verification of all pages which will take 72 hrs per set of 25 pages. No Milestones will be opened prior to completion of verification.
