pre-written articles

I am looking to buy already written articles on topics related to Chicago real estate. Article must be already published on [url removed, login to view] or similar moderated article directory. This project is only to purchase the copyright to an article you have already published. Please provide link in your bid. Funds will be released after you have completed the transfer of ownership of the article to me (the exact procedure will depend on where you published the article originally). I'm looking to pay a maximum of $100 per article, which is very high for RAC standards, but the catch is I don't want a custom-written article, I want something you already wrote and own the copyright for. The other catch is, the $100 maximum bid is only for very high-SEO articles. For regular high quality but non-optimized articles I'm only looking to pay around $10. I will consider raising the Max Bid to above $100 if you happen to own (and want to sell me) the copyright AND PageRank>3 URL on a true masterpiece of Search Engine Optimized writing on a relevant topic (for a Chicago real estate online search website).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
