Require a Bid/Proposal writer to catch project

I need a proposal/bid writer to write proposal for me and we can work on them.

I want to talk frankly and in detail.

I? am having? two? companies in India and I myself working as a freelancer in RAC.

We need? an experienced, professional? and serious proposal writer? who will write? bid comments? on? projects? of E-Commerce, Real Estate, Portals, Website and logo? designing works, etc. I mean? on all web and Internet technologies projects.

You will bid and we will work on them. You will be paid by a percentage from each project or you can? present your? payment details, etc. We will supply all our? skills, portfolios, CVs, previous? works list to you so that you can follow them and prepare a proposal.

My plan is:

1.? I will check a project and will give you the details.

2. You will write the proposal and will forward to me.

3. I will submit that.

I know that no guarantee is there to win all projects on which you will bid but we want that if for example, you bid on 10 projects then at least 6 to 7 we should win.

**If a buyer releases some? money initially to start the work you will be paid 45% of your portion amount and the rest after the demo presentation. I? can pay you through Wire transfer, Debit card transfer, Cheque, DD.

I also know that you? are earning? through RAC by writing proposal but you earn some extra bucks through us then will it not be good for you?

Hello, I want to say an importent issue. If I choose one bid and when you will submit the proposal on that particular bid to me and if we failed to get that project after the submission from my side in that bid, then you can't ask for payment.
