Sixt is looking for content refinement requirements for its new digital footprints - starting with the FAQ on its Website & Apps. We would like to consider a proposal for the same.
The goal for the FAQ content rewrite & redesign is to achieve the following needs -
1) The content should be easy to understand for the end customer (Even for complex business processes)
2) Redirects the users to self-service links/actions in the FAQ
3) Content is Coherent, Consistent and repeats less
As next steps, could you please help around –
1) Providing samples of work that you have done for companies around similar or related topics
2) Commercials for content and various options
3) The attached content in mail modified from your side. This will help us evaluate your expertise. The scope of the assignment is content design, flow and [login to view URL] tone has to be light but serious, so that our user doesn't get intimidated or stressed but feels reassured. The FAQs are used as help cum navigation pointers for the user. If the user is completely lost will s/he come here and hence it has to be absolutely clear, how and where s/he should head.
