We have designed a website, and need to convert the 7 Adobe Illustrator files into static HTML, CSS + JS.
Our client's business is about very high precision safety, so it's essential that the site is bug-free and professional-looking. They also have many government and corporate clients, so the website needs to work in old clients - especially Internet Explorer 6.
The design is based around the client's logo, which is about angles, so there are many angles in the design which need to line up perfectly.
There is quite a lot of animation on the design. There are some parallax backgrounds, buttons need to have transitions, and there is a stylised map which needs to have locations animated in after the image loads. There is a navigation bar which should have something like 'slide toggle' visibility when the menu button is clicked. Also, elements like buttons that appear below the fold need to animate when they become visible in the viewport, not just when the page loads.
It doesn't need to be responsive. It's designed to be 1000px wide, and that content needs to be centre aligned, but colours and background images should cover as much of the screen as possible when the screen is wider than 1000px. On screens smaller than 1000px, the site should just be zoomed out with a bit of padding on either side.
There is a contact form, but we will be managing all the AJAX functionality for this to work - you will only need to do the styling.
The animation and responsive effects are only necessary in the latest browsers. For IE6-9, it needs only to render acceptably.
