- Setting up Business Related folders for ease of use
- Deleting of duplicate documents (or store them in a separate folder)
- An indexed systemized folder structure for employees to access and add to when required
- 2 separate Dropbox accounts. One for Business and One for Personal Data and storage of Photos / Music etc
- 2 small business for the business dropbox account
- Set up of automatic archiving
Emails
- helping set up sub folders for emails
- Organisation of email into sun catorgies for ease of use
- Set up of a new Outlook account for this
