I would like a simple tool to export rental house listing data, from Zillow, into an excel spreadsheet. I would like the tool to be re-usable, so I can run the program every week/month and get the most up-to-date rental house listing data from Zillow.
Data points I would like recorded (Organized in separate cells):
- Home address - street/city/zip code
- Home type - single-family/apartment/multi-family
- Days on market
- Rental Price per month
- Square Footage
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
