copy keywords from .csv into .txt

Hello,
I have got some simple work.
I have list of 55 .csv [url removed, login to view] each file, there is search data information for each keyword.
I want you to select only keywords that have minimum 200 searches and put them in a .txt file.
So, you have to create 55 .txt files, the file name will be same as the .csv file.
Also, when you save the .txt file, save it as utf-8 format.
Looking for someone who can do this quickly.
I have attached 1 sample [url removed, login to view] send the remaining files to the winning bidder.

Also, for keywords that have 0 or blank space, you have to leave those, as they are less than 200.
