Hi,
I need somebody who can add fields to a pdf and a Submit by email button that works.
I have 2 pdf`s, the forms are just on one page, and they are the same for both documents. (see attachement Local Autorities 2012 x1)
I have attached the file, the form is on page 10, the fields have already been layed out, all you have to do is add the functional Submit by email button.
I need this "yesterday", so only bid if you can provide me with the files within 24 hours.
