Need Help in .NET app packaging

We have developed an UWP app and we're going to deploy it as an app package to the customer workstations.
It installs ok on a clean Windows 10 desktop, but when the app runs, the toolbox behavior is really strange - some tool icons are missing and are not working at all.
To fix this, we used to install pristine VS2019 and the UWP development toolkit, but we'd like to not have to do that on the customer system if possible. Installing VS2019 and UWP toolkit on the customer system seems a painful approach.
We need an experienced .NET developer who can fix this, and make our package able to run on the machine without any additional process.
We're installing the package through PowerShell.
