I am looking for a very experienced developer who can move my websites from Cre Loaded to the latest version of Magento or build a new one on the latest version of Magento.

1.) The website has a separate catalog for each country. The product may be same or different but the pricing of a product will be different for each country

2.) The website has several city pages inside the country page showing the same catalog as the country page and they are there only for SEO point of view

3.) Each country's delivery date calendar should be cutomizable from the back end

4.) The development should be perfectly salable meaning we should be able to add delivery country's and cities from the backend using the admin panel

5.) The website should be SEO optimized at the coding level from the start and should have no issue pertaining to duplicate products/content and hence should be structured carefully from the beginning. Also the website's page speed score and yslow scores should be excellent.
