Hey people, go through attached before bidding.

This is an electrical circuit of solar cell. The circuit has been translated into set of mathematical equations which are non-linear. There are about 15 equations with 15 unknowns. Numerical method on MATLAB may be implemented to solve these equations.

I need some guy who can plot Current-Voltage (I-V) curve. Current (I) needs to be calculated from mathematical model while Voltage (V) can be taken an array of 100 points. 2. And he needs to get these: reverse saturation current (Io), ideality factor (a), series resistance (Rs), shunt resistance (Rsh).

Images have been uploaded which show values of these parameters at reference (REF) or standard test conditions (STC) have been provided. One image is uploaded to compare final values.

All needs to be done for 2-a-Si only.
