Looking for a PCB designer for a time domain electromagnetic metal detector incl. coils.
The PCB needs to be able to output 1-100 amps to a transmission coil (TX).
The PCB needs to receive 1-10000 millivolt readings from reception coil (RX).
A sampling rate of 500Hz with 1000 readings per cycle needs to be received by a TI Tiva board.
Should find metal objects 1-1,000,000 cm3 at depths 1-300cm underground.
Wire material enameled copper (later enameled aluminum).
TDEM-principles need to be understood.
TDEM-Patents need to be read. (google geonics & ebinger).
An analysis of read papers needs to be given to check rate of understanding.
Pictures of existing PCBs of an old pro version must be analyzed.
Focus needs to be on super light weight construction.
The TDEM-detector will be mounted under a drone travelling up to 25m/s if possible.
Power supply will be lipos 6s batteries (up to 44V as seriel).
you need to be fully equipped with the tools needed.
project-dependent components are paid (wires/pcb/tiva board).

time frames after contract:
report on papers in 1 week.
analyzis (ie. math lab) of sensor geometry in 2 weeks.
pcb gerber files in 1 month, files need to be converted to be imported into eagle version 6.6.0 light.
firmware until pcb reception.
pcb tests and report 2 weeks after pcb reception.
further works/contracts: produce your own rx/tx coils, iterate, better pcb, scope ca 1 year.
Now in order to avoid a constant overflow of “hi I can do it” mails: I wont answer to anybody who cant prove in his first mail that he read through the patents and tells me their differences.
