Hi, Please let me know your plesk details and domain . There might be a some issue with mx records and spf records, thats why you are not able to access emails. Thanks..!!
This may not be an issues with DNS. Might due to email confiuration or SMTP system. I can get this fixed if you provide access to your plesk panel.
