Excel Add-in to add a label prefix

I need a simple add-in macro to insert a label prefix at the beginning of a cell in a column, drop to the next cell and do the same and continue to the bottom of the column. For the attached file the result can be placed in column B or just inserted in column A. The macro will probably take 2 minutes to write.
