Vlookup Excel Sheet Update Weekly

Need an excel expert to finish build vlookup function on an existing file (75% done) that I can update weekly.
What's done on the sheet (75%):
1st tab: Magento sku master sheet (will send through email first and then be updated weekly)
2nd tab: Store inventory master sheet (will send through email first and then be updated weekly)
3rd tab: Sales report by week (will send through email first and then be updated weekly)
4thd-20th tab: Already built with headers of "sales rank, unit rank, sku id, stock code, bar code, sku description, retail, cost, margin%, manufacturer, status, inventory qtys& follow by 52 columns of 52 weeks of 2012)
This person will use the first two master sheets and continue building all vlookup function on to make sure all cells can be updated from these two sheets weekly.
What's not done (25%):
Using the 3rd tab to update "qtys sold by week" under the 52 weekly column by sku.
Lastly, update sales rank, unit rank under each tab.
All applicants must attach an existing excel file with vlookup function to be reviewed before being consider.
I will pay 50% upfront and 50% after receiving the final files.
After I select the winner, I will send all files via email. Please complete this task within 7 days.
