Social Media Ads Manager for Coach/Consultant

I'm a consultant, coach and course creator serving people who want to start and grow a packaged food or beverage business. The clients I work work have incredible results and I'm looking to help more people.
That's where you come in. I need an ad expert to create facebook and instagram ads to reach our target audience. I have a webinar funnel that the ads will connect in to so we can sell more of a set by step program to help clients launch or grow their packaged food company.
Ad spend would be small to begin with ($500 - $2000/month), but once we get results, I"m happy to increase rapidly.
Qualities I'm looking for (in additional to obviously create great results from the ads)
- be able to work together on copywriting and image creation for ads
- weekly reporting and connections
- must be able to meet deadlines
- must be in this to win. I am looking for a partner who's as excited about growing this as I am.
