I am looking to develop two characters in a monthly cartoon strip 4 to 8 panes
I want to develop (You draw) these two figures and I have total ownership of the figures..If the price is right I will use you to create the monthly strip or I would be free to take my two characters to someone else for the monthly cartoon
If you can do the drawings as well as take these two new characters and develop a flash cartoon of them even better..I can use the print version and also develop animated versions
I would want to see examples of your talent first and if I select you I will discuss what the cartoons will look like and do.
