We need to have the eagle logo (view attachment) look as if the wings are flapping. Artwork will be provided to you in Photoshop 7 format containing 1 shape layer. Output must be acceptible vector animation for use within a flash movie. This project will be paid-in-full immediately upon completion.
If you do not have examples of your own 2D vector ANIMATION, you will not be conmsiderred for this project. We are also scouting for a dependable source for future work. Some animation in your portfolio is required!
Simply moving static images does not qualify as 2D animation for this project. You must be able to actually animate the object through multiple frames (like a cartoon)
