website totally redesign

I need a site totally redesign ( similar ) to [login to view URL] with different mix colors the more different colors the better, ( for some reason ebay buyers love alot of mix colors ) plus it won't look like the website has been copyrighted or stolen which means the images, image text colors and bground color will need to be altered because I don't own the site.

Copies of the site will be sold on ebay so I don't want any problems with copyright laws are with ebay.

I prefer to have a editable flash header so I can edit / change the color and the domain name for each auction, if you can't do a editable flash header please don't bid.

Since I don't know what the domain name is going to be for each auction the copyright footer sould be a table box so I can edit the footer text and match the footer color with the header color.

I would like to see your work in process, and you can not sell copies of the website once you finish with the job.
