Rebuild current website in Prismic with new design

I'm a sole proprietor with a WP website that I'd like to have rebuilt using Prismic.
CURRENT SITE: Almost all the content will be drawn from bostonhypnosis.com. I want to get off of Wordpress. I'd like the naming/structure of the new site to be identical.
HOSTING: I'd like to be able to continue to host with my current company, Dreamhost.
TECHNOLOGY: I'd like it developed using the [login to view URL] platform or similar. I want it to be lean and fast.
NEW DESIGN: You can see the new page designs here on Figma ([login to view URL](External)?node-id=261%3A1750)
ANIMATION/FEEL: Bruno is the site I'm using as inspiration for my new site. I'd like the animations to be similar,
PAGE BREAKDOWN:
Home: this will be brand new and should look just like the new version in Figma ([login to view URL](External)?node-id=261%3A1750).
Contact: this will be brand new and should look just like the new version in Figma ([login to view URL](External)?node-id=261%3A1750).
Template Page: this is the format for each of the pages found under the "Help For" menu on the current site: Weight Loss, Anxiety, Erectile Dysfunctio,n Phobias & Panic Attacks, Fear of Public Speaking, Fear of Flying, Driving Anxiety, Sleep Hypnosis, Habits & Compulsions, Other Issues...
Reviews (grid page on current site): this will get deleted for this first step in the project. No need to re-create it.
About Me - this can also be done off the template page
About Hypnosis - this would be done from a slightly modified version of the template page. I'd like to keep that table.
I want all the Google analytics files and sitemaps moved over/redone for the new site as well. I don't want any interruptions in my SEO or analytics data when the site gets replaced. I'd also like a video sitemap added as well.
I'd like to have the project done over the next month or so - no hard deadline, I can be flexible for the right price/developer.
