Coordinate Transformation in Agisoft Metashape

I have generated a model in a known coordinate system in Agisoft Metashape and I now need to export it in a local coordinate system. I need to establish that local coordinate system in Agisoft by applying the transformation parameters (shift , rotation & scale). I have a set of points that I can provide in both WGS84 and the local coordinates.
