Hi! I’m a researcher in development, sharing and dissemination of geographical DataBase. I’d like to test a new user-friendly WebGIS or online mapping system, based on open source data and technologies, and also Google Maps (& Earth) APIs.

The “console” or “geo-platform” that I wish must have the following keys or buttoms:

Search (address, city, municipalty, ecc.)

Show your location (GPS on device)

Select the basemap to display (where you can choose: Google Maps and Satellite, OpenStreetMap, Bing Maps, Leaflet, ecc..)

Street View

Print

Description (where you can read associated alphanumeric data to geometric data)

Legend

Furthermore, as in Google Earth, the console must allow to open (or import) geographical data (Kml/kmz; ESRI Shape, MapInfo Tab, WMS/WFS, ecc.), modify data on the bord, or create new geographical data (punctual, linear or polygonal) and export them in the same formats (Kml/kmz; ESRI Shape, ecc.)

If you are interested and have the right skills to develop such a platform, give me a quote (I hope not too expensive at the moment ...) and the time to produce its.
